I like the hire. But even more than the hire, I like the decisive leadership exhibited by Matt Tanney. No dillydallying around this go round.

True, but I cut Matt some slack on the last time. He was in the middle of the ocean on a family cruise when Neilson pulled his disappearing act. I doubt they could helicopter him off the ship just to be back here.......

Plus coach Fisher was straight up with him the whole time.

What do you guys think they do with the OC job now? Bring in someone new, promote and replace?

Coach Malone was the Co Oc so he will probably just be the OC by himself with coach Elliot having a huge hand in it as well

Personally, I like the HC to call all offensive plays. Just like Joe Gibbs did for the Redskins.
