Verbals not signed

Looks like McShane and Buettner are Verbal commits showing as not signed. Does anyone have any info about these 2 players and why they didn't sign?
Buettner did the next day. I’m friends with his mom Pamela Smith on Facebook. McShane has always been scheduled to sign in February..
