Pitino in the house would guarantee media exposure in the state would be second to only the flagship U, scheduling would become easier. I could guarantee you a home and home with Minnesota. Could we keep him for more than a year or two? Probaby not but who cares?

Now I’m expecting him to be announced as head coach. My hopes are already too high with 0% chance of this happening lol.

Honestly, if we were to be getting a new coach I think we would have heard of Billy leaving once the season was over.

Tubby Smith is available....
I agree with Tere, if Billy was getting fired it would have happened by now, so unless Billy goes Mo's route and takes an assistant job somewhere. I assume he will be the WIU coach next year.
