Text of the article (Posted March 21st):

Youngstown, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Youngstown State standout linebacker Teven Williams will not be a member of the Penguins' program for his senior season.
A university spokesman said on Friday the team's leading tackler each of the last two seasons is no longer on the team's roster.
Williams, from Huber Heights, Ohio, had made 29 career starts. As a junior last season, he earned second-team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference honors after collecting 81 tackles, including four for loss with one sack, as well as two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
As a sophomore in 2012, Williams led the Penguins with 63 tackles.
Youngstown State, which finished 8-4 last season, opens spring practice on Saturday.

Yea, they'll probably be down a little offensively (due to the graduation of their starting QB), but up due to overall experience on defense. They're still a very good team.
