Streamed BOT meetings would be a GOOD new beginning.

I'd imagine some of that is TBD during the earlier meetings. That's how it was written last time when Dr. Thomas "stepped down".

So who gets to live in the President's mansion out on Wigwam Hollow? Is it nobody until the next President is named. The acting/interim he or she? When it comes to real estate, sometimes better to have it occupied rather than sitting empty for months/years.

It hasn't been occupied for a while. It's used for receptions, but President Thomas didn't live there, he lived elsewhere in town. I've heard it needs fixing up if it's going to be "livable" probably.
