Dayton beat Indiana State 42-35. Attendance at Indiana State = 4,950.
Youngstown State beat Howard 54-28. Attendance at Youngstown State = 12,390.
Southern Illinois beat Massachusetts 45-20. Attendance at Massachusetts = 10,524.
North Dakota State beat North Dakota 38-7. Attendance at North Dakota State = 18,923.
