My prediction:
bids come in around $170 million. Gets scrapped again.

The building has already been reduced in size from the original plans to cut its cost:
The proposed 1,400 seat main auditorium has been lowered to 900 seats.
The proposed 3 theatre venues has been lowered to two.

Wasn’t that done before the last bid cycle?
If not I don’t think matters anyways, I’m sure everyone here knows how much material cost has skyrocketed last couple years.

Maybe Justin Bieber will pop in and perform an unscheduled concert the next time his bus breaks down and he is forced to spend the night just down the road in Hamilton at the Hoffman Mansion. lol
