2022 State Budget

Important bits as it pertains to us:
- Flat (same level as previous two years) funding for operating budget of $49.598 million.
- "The Governor has also recommended re-appropriating all of Western's capital development funds, including funds for the WIU-Quad Cities campus in Moline and Center for the Performing Arts (CPA) on the Macomb campus." - so I guess that means that the Center for the Performing Arts project is officially "dead" for the forseeable future...not entirely surprising, but still disappointing that it never was able to get done.
