SIU-Carbondale celebrates overall enrollment increase.

While Western is down compared to Fall 2022. A loss of 570 students, including 307 fewer new freshmen, transfers, and graduate students.

Quincy university enrollment is closing in on WIU’s numbers.

More perspective on our specific situation:

The schools that I've seen so far:
EIU - down 0.6%
ISU - up 1.48%
SIU-C - up 2.27%
WIU - down 7.46%

UIS reports 11% fall enrollment increase.
