WIU & Spoon River Tie the Knot?

The Nikko Watson situation got me thinking about something I think I mentioned on here before. My niece is starting at Texas State University this fall enrolled in what they call the Pathway Program. This is sort of a dual enrollment thing the first two years of college as she stays on the main TSU campus, takes a course or two there, and has all the privileges of being as student there. She also takes a couple or three courses at the nearby Austin Community College. Granted, Macomb is more of a satellite campus for Spoon River, but it still seems like a good opportunity to increase the on-campus numbers. For many students, this may provide a better transition from high school to the rigors of college. I was going to run this by @StudentPres in Madison but did not have an opportunity to catch his ear.

Western has an on-going agreement with Spoon River College where Spoon River students can live in the Western residence halls.

Not exactly a "tie the knot" arrangement, more like "friends with benefits". I would like to see some academic overlap. Does anyone know how many SRC students are taking advantage of this? Do they get free admission to athletic events?
