The OVC/Big South Preseason Poll is out, and somewhat unsurprisingly, we're last: https://bigsouthovcfootball.com/news/20 ... orite.aspx
I'm sure most of that is because:

1. We lost to Lindenwood last year and they finished last in the OVC.
2. We haven't had a win in 2 years.
3. We're a completely different team than we were last year, so lots of big question marks.

Sounds like the people on AGS think we're going to do a bit better than that though:

We'll see if they're right but I don't buy that WIU is a last place OVC team. Put many of these OVC/Big South teams in the MVFC and they wouldn't do much better than WIU did.... maybe I'm wrong but I think WIU will surprise some people now that they're in a league where they're on more equal footing competitively.

Yep, no way WIU finishes last in that conference.

If anybody cares a lot of the football team was at the wrestling show in Macomb this past weekend. I think my favorite interaction with them was heel Christian Rose saying there's not one athlete in this building that could compete with him. After a player stepped forward he said that he only competes with professional athletes.

Anyone had a chance to peak through the fence or fly a drone overhead to see how fall camp is going?

I assume not since they never do, but has a depth chart been released or any chance one will be released before the first game.
