Volleyball starts the season with a strong 3-1 victory over NIU
 

Not sure how good NIU will be this year or how good they usually are, but agree a very good win for WIU
 

Just swept Charleston Southern. VB off to a good start this Fall.

Looks like they swept the CSU tournament, beating Charleston Southern and Norfolk State on Friday, then Sacred Heart on Saturday, all 3-0.
Their next matchups are this Friday and Saturday when they open up conference play hosting SIUE.

Necks win the conference opener against SIUE. SIUE was picked to finish 8th in the preseason poll but did get one vote to win the conference. It’s great to see volleyball at least competitive 

Necks sweep the cougars today in pretty impressive fashion.

Leathernecks almost took down conference-leading Tennessee Tech. TTU was 14-0 going into today’s match. WIU took sets 2 and 4 before falling just a bit short, dropping set 5, 15-7.

Leathernecks are now 8-8 overall and 2-3 in the OVC.

Necks pick up a much needed win against EIU 3-1

Volleyball swept Southern Indiana tonight 3-0 and are now 11-8 overall and 5-3 in the OVC. 4th in the conference out of 11 teams: https://ovcsports.com/standings.aspx?standings=119
They'll play USI again tomorrow afternoon at 2.
 

Volleyball won last night against UT Martin, 3-1. They have another matchup with the Skyhawks at 2 PM this afternoon.
They have now won 5-straight matches, are 13-8 overall and 7-3 in the OVC, which is good enough for 4th place in the conference.
