The men kick off the season Monday Nov 4th at San Jose St, the game is 9pm central time. San Jose State was 9-23 last year and are coached by Tim Miles, the former Nebraska coach. The Spartans have 8 transfers on their roster. The game will air on the Mountain West Network.

I might be wrong but I think this is the first year in a very long time in which our roster does NOT have a single player who started their college career in Macomb.  Welcome to the transfer portal.

Including two guys who played against us last season:
Jr Kiyron Powell transferred from Southern Indiana, where he played in 28 games, averaging 15.8 minutes per game last year including 17 minutes (6 points and 2 rebounds) at USI in January, then 5 minutes (5 points and 1 rebound) against us in Macomb in late February.
Jr. Massal Diouf transferred from UT-San Antonio, who we played to open the season last year. Diouf had 6 minutes and 1 rebound in that game.
 

Will there be a radio stream 

Will there be a game?  BJ and everyone being evacuated now.  I tuned in late.  Not sure what the reason is.

Update: apparently a fire alarm went off.  Players still on court warming up.
