Looks like UTM HC Shulman got his coaching degree from the Homer Drew Academy.  Recruit the best of the best from across the pond.  Smart strategy for low mid-majors.  They cannot compete with the P4s and P5s for good homegrown talent.  Valpo used that strategy for years to dominate the Mid-Continent.  Once you get on the radar as a coach who caters to and develops international talent, you dont have to recruit them.  They recruit you.
