A cpmpany has created a new way to rank colleges which is based on the separation of rich and poor and its growing diversity. Basically they take good institutions with low level tuition and who accept and help disadvantaged low income students. They also rank it somewhat to do with the average income of out coming students versus their debt for school which has become a big debate. Long story short WIU was ranked 27th in Nation and I am sure would rank higher with their new scholarships and the higher retention rates.
