I don't know how I feel about it. May be bad news for CPA and the by-pass, which is on a whole 'nother level cluster.....well you know what I mean.

Looks like bid date was moved in the last addendum and will not bid till 3/5/15 @ 2 PM

That happens all the time even on small projects I would say like 50% of the bid dates get moved due to something being seen while contractors are preparing bids. It is for the best so that something does not go awry during construction.

The CPA bid date is 3/19/15 in Springfield.
