Last home game of the season against Denver.
I'll be there (and at the earlier women's game) with a bunch of alumni in the pep band.
The Jesse White Tumbling Team will be performing during halftime (and I think immediately following) the men's game.
It's Senior night, so it'll be the last time we see Remy and Mo (as well as Jenna Mueller and Tori Niemann on the women's team) suiting up for the Leathernecks at Western Hall.

I also saw something about handing out "towels" that you can wear as a headband, dew-rag, or just wave around. I assume they'll be doing that at the beginning of the game as people are heading in.

Anyone else going?

I'll be sure to play extra loudly so you can hear me all the way from VA then.

ST, was there a polar run today? I wanted to do this trip and the run but financial advisor said to save money for Hawaii. Damn her! Running a 5k tomorrow in Richmond instead. Looks like a good crowd in the Hall tonite.

Not a lot to cheer about in this game. Denver wins 59-46.

ESPN named Garret Covington as Western's "Top Performer": 9 Pts, 10 Reb, 3 Ast, 1 Blk.

Jalen Chapman and J.C. Fuller led the Western scoring with 10 points.

One of the largest crowds of the season at 2,154.

The Jesse White Tumblers performed at half-time and at the end of the game.

Attendance at the other Saturday games:
IUPUI at South Dakota = 1,723. South Dakota won 77-62.
IPFW at North Dakota State = 4,318. North Dakota State won 66-62.
Oral Roberts at South Dakota State = 5,347. South Dakota State won 81-52.

I think there was one this morning, a "Nearly Naked Mile" run. Normally my first run of the year is the Donna Phillips 5K in March though, so I didn't do today's run.

So, they were running a promotion/contest at the games tonight where you tweet a photo of yourself at the game with some hashtags and they'd show your photo up on the boards. Then they'd pick a few of the people who tweeted and had a 3-point contest between them during a time out. First person to hit a 3-pointer gets a Beats Pill ($170 wireless/bluetooth speaker) and one of the pep band members won it.

I did, however, end up getting myself up on the boards more than a few times:

(picture of a picture...very meta)

Also, got a selfie with the big dog himself:

(I'm short enough as is, put me next to a giant dog and I look pretty tiny)
