Why do we see Iowa Hawkeye stories on the Leathernecknation news page?

Burlington Hawk-Eye sports reporter John Bohnenkamp covers both Iowa Hawkeyes and Western sports.

Sometimes his articles cover both.

In the current article, the first part deals with Iowa. The second part deals with Garret Covington's 1000 points.

More specifically, I have a filter set up on their feed. It will only show stories from John Bohnenkamp's blog (he's the Hawk Eye's sports guy and frequently covers Western sports) that include the words: "Western Illinois", "WIU", "Leathernecks", or "Leatherneck".

If you see a story on there that doesn't immediately jump out as Western-related, click through and scroll down a bit and you'll likely find a section about something going on at Western. As wiu712 mentions, in the one that's currently at the top there, there's a section talking about Covington's 1000 points, as well as further down he goes through area team's current RPIs, talking about Iowa, Iowa State, Northern Iowa, and Western.

If he posts a story that does not include any of the keywords (like this one, for example: http://www3.thehawkeye.com/bohnenkamp_blog/?p=3370) then it doesn't show up on our front page.
