Just wondering what everyone's reaction is to the SIU announcement of 12/23/15?

I think he is a solid hire for them being a former player and very much in touch with the southern IL region where his roots are. He was the key cog in their potent offensive scheme. I also like the fact that he will continue to be calling his own offensive plays as HC.
