Margenthaler extends contract at MN State-Mankato

Matt Margenthaler signed a 5 year extension, which, if completed, will give him 20 years as the head coach of men's basketball at Minnesota State - Mankato (DII).

Margenthaler should be a familiar name to most people here, but for those that aren't aware, Matt is from Macomb and played at Western. His father Jack Margenthaler was the HC at Western for 11 seasons from '81/'82 through '91/'92 (third longest behind Leroy "Stix" Morely and Ray "Rock" Hanson).
