Due to forecasted rain in the area, the Western men's soccer exhibition match against Quincy University has been moved to Jack Mackenzie Field located in Legends Stadium on the QU campus. They have a turf field. The stadium itself includes locker rooms for both teams, a press box, restrooms, a consession stand, and bleachers for the fans.

Game time is 6PM tonight.

The logical question here is whether John and Jack are related.

Technically the same spelling, but one capitalizes the K, the other doesn't. I'm going to guess not closely related. Still interesting that both schools had longtime soccer coaches with nearly the same last name.

Mackenzie field must be a little wet. Soccer moved to practice fields today. Inquiring minds want to know: What's up with that Guitarish-looking crop ring on the Vince Grady field east of Mackenzie? And who or what is "BC". It might not be there now but it sure was when the Google satellite was snapping pictures.
