Tonight's Boca Raton Bowl: Northern Illinois (8-5) vs UAB (10-3).

This game is one of three bowl match-ups with two conference champions. UAB won the Conference USA title for the first time after their program was reinstated last season following a two-year hiatus. Northern Illinois won the Mid-American Conference. NIU is trying to end a streak of five consecutive bowl losses.

For anyone interested, NDSU is playing in the FCS championship game against Eastern Washington right now on ESPN2.
With 1:47 left in the first quarter, NDSU just punched it in for a TD and are up 10-0.

EDIT - 17-10 NDSU at halftime

Huge throng. I have a seat but am watching from standing room section because i have a better view. They cant keep up with people in concession lines.

Nice. What's the ratio of Bison fans to Eagle fans? I don't see much red on the broadcast, but they don't show much of the "home" side of the stadium, so I can't really tell.
