Well I am not really surprised by this result. The Necks have been one shot or one stop away from a winning record this entire pre-conference season. Evansville, NIU, UMKC, and even Stetson.......Billy and the boys have continued to work hard. Great job on the boards last night and Clarr stayed out of foul trouble with some help from Dre Allen and Anthony Jones. Anyone have any idea what Usiosefe is up to? ;) jc

No attendance was posted for the Men's game with South Dakota.

The crowd for that game appeared to be about half of what the Women had for their game with USD. Attendance for the Women's game was 576.

Any home win is a good win. I liked some of the mixes he threw out there over the course of the game. Newer guys needs experience too and it seemed to help giving the starters more of break....down the stretch we actually remained competitive!

Claar stayed out of foul trouble and he got a lot of help playing body ping pong in the lane. We also made some stops and limited them to one shot per possession while WIU took the ball either to the hole or hit some key 3's! WIU played to the end, something that has not happened at the end of a number of games, namely, NIU, Stetson, UMKC, and Evansville! We are much improved from last year. Basketball "intelligence" seems to be what I would concentrate on from here on out! ;) jc

FW took it to USD this afternoon not really much of a surprise there. I wonder if it was just are game or if Lee spends every time just talking to the officials instead of coaching his team.
