Leathernecks Baseball surprises Iowa with late comeback, but come up short in 8-7 loss. Oral Roberts is next.

Due to weather, the series opener between Western and Oral Roberts has been postponed to a Saturday double-header starting at 1:00 PM.

Western won both games of Saturday's double-header:
6-4 (10 innings) in the first game.
9-3 in the second game.

Weather: Sunny, mid 70's.

Attendance at Oral Roberts = 863.

The series will conclude with a 1:00 PM game on Sunday. This game will be on ESPN+.

Oral Roberts won Sunday's game 11-1. The game was stopped in the 7th inning via the ten-run rule.

Weather: Sunny, mid 70's.

Attendance at Oral Roberts = 687.

Western will start a three game home series with Omaha on Friday at 3:00 PM.

I believe only top 4 qualify for conference tournament so looks like a dogfight with Bison to see who stays home.

If the two teams finish in a tie, the tie-breaker would favor North Dakota State as they won 4 of the 6 games played between the two.
