5:30 PM:  Women vs St Xavier University (IL).
7:30 PM:  Men vs Eureka College.

The only comment (complaint) that I have heard is that season-tickets were sold with these games being in Macomb.

Season ticket holders will be provided tix for the game at Moline.

I think the Currens lecture hall is the biggest one. Probably holds around 200. That's where I took the ACT test when I was in HS, and I had an astronomy class there when I was an undergrad.

I don't think the Grand Ballroom would work well for graduation ceremonies though. Doesn't have the seating that Western Hall does, even with the floor covered with seats. Plus it'd be hard for people to see. At Western Hall, all the friends and family are up along the sides and can see pretty well.

You got a couple nice player i liked from last year, any chance to fill out your roster with decent players and have a solid summit team this winter?

Here's who I'm excited about to go with Massner and KJ Lee, assuming he makes a big leap this year.

We get Guard Quinlan Bennett who missed all of last year with an injury.  14 starts in 15 games at Lamar in 20-21, 9.6 pts and 4.3 rbs.

Steph Gabriel (6-7) originally a Bradley commit, 12 games as a Fresh with 4 pts and 2.5 rbs.  16 pts and 7 rbs last year at Highland CC.

Jesiah West (6-5) originally D2 Goldey-Beacom, 12.9 pts and 6.3 rbs.  13.5 pts and 9.3 rbs at Blackhawk CC last year.

Elijah Farr (6-8) originally a TE at Missouri State.  16.3 pts and 6.8 rbs at Olney Central CC in 20-21 and signed with Murray State last year, but no appearances.

Alec Rosener (6-3) from D2 Winona State.  Could replace the loss of Colton Sandage. 18.8 pts and 4.3 rbs last year, with 58 3's through 26 games.

From Jeter preview, sounds like we might be a "run and gun" team this year, assuming not great size but fairly good athleticism translates into somethng like that. I have said it before here and I will say it again.  The Margenthaler teams were usually very fast out of the gate.  Serveral times I would look up at the scoreboard at the 5 minute mark and we had 20+ on the board.  And this was all before the 3pt shot.  Lilly, Banks, et al lighting it up from deep early and often.

I'm interested to see how Rosener does at the D1 level

First time seeing any video of these new guys.  I came away sort of impressed even though footage from mostly lower level of play.  We could, I repeat could, be a matchup nightmare for opponents this year given rather lengthy ball handlers and a bigger guy or two who can shoot from deep.  I think I might make the trip to Normal for Monday game.  You know Sandage will be fired up and could knock down 25+.  If nothing else goes right, I can get my Smashburger fix.  Oops, my bad, looks like even it is a thing of the past.

Not to sure where this thought belongs, but is there any way that the band can get louder at time outs etc.  Have been to Mackey Arena many times and the Purdue band just dominates the environment.  Cheers are done in cooperation with the and which brings 5 tubas to the venue too!   ;) jc
