MSJ is a D3 school so we should blow them out. However, a coach can experiment a bit in games like this one. Go deeper on the bench. Try some new personnel combinations or assignments. Even though you can pound it to the paint, work on the midrange and 3Pt shots, etc
Let's hope that is the case.

I am heading over to the fish truck now (https://onthehookfishandchips.com/) to pick up some lunch to eat while watching this game. Highly recommend these guys if they come to a town near you. Just a couple of college kids with a great idea. Best fish and chips I have sampled.

We pick up win #1 of the season 80-55. Sort of took our foot off the gas in 2nd half even with the starters still seeing a lot of action.

Anthony Jones led the Western scoring with 15 points. Tamell Pearson had 14 points and 16 rebounds. Justin Brookens had 13 points. Rod Johnson had 10 points.

Western had 46 rebounds. Mount St. Joseph had 22.

Next game will be on Saturday (Dec 12) at Eastern Illinois. Game time is 4:00 PM. The game will be on ESPN+.
