Anyway, Drake Day is a 6'3" 186lb QB who spent a season with Iowa Western CC before going to Memphis for 2020. Memphis had 4 other QBs ahead of him, so he didn't play in 2020 and it looked like it would be a while until he'd get any chance at seeing the field. He's originally from West Burlington, Iowa, but was actually born in Macomb, and was wanting to come back to somewhere where he could possibly get on the field sooner and where it would be a much closer drive for his family and friends to attend his games. He is already enrolled here for the fall semester and is in talks with the coaching staff to join the team.

Oh sure, there's been a number of them. I stopped posting every offer here though because the trend now is to send out a ton of offers (like...a hundred or more) and I couldn't keep up on them all. FYI, McElvain shows he committed to Central Arkansas, but looks like schools besides WIU, are still offering him.
