Great article and thoughts from an incoming freshman! I hope all of his dreams become true in macomb!ST_Lawson wrote:Nice article about WIU commit Carter Gorder (Mason City, IA): https://globegazette.com/sports/high-sc ... 8129c.html

Must have. Dayton is a Pioneer League team; non-scholarship. So LOIs are more ceremonial than official.rocki wrote: ↑Tue Feb 01, 2022 4:32 pmDid something happen between December and now?L'Étranger wrote: ↑Tue Feb 01, 2022 3:49 pm This is a little odd...

I'm not sure what we offered, but it must have been enough to get him to visit. May just be a Valley school vs a Pioneer school. What I do know is, this staff has knocker on a ton of doors in the last few weeks. Should really pay off in the years to come!

I checked for a HC change but the same dude has been there since Eisenhower was President. Never occurred to me that they were Pioneer.
Yeah, and I like that we're going for kids that the other Valley schools aren't. Seems like just a few years back we'd all be going for the same people. I guess to me this shows that this staff has its own vision of how to build a winning team, and it isn't necessarily as cookie-cutter as the rest.GV wrote:Thu Jan 01, 1970 3:59 am I'm not sure what we offered, but it must have been enough to get him to visit.
