Looks like it got blocked but the snap wasn’t great either. I’ll see if I can find the video of it and post it

Not sure, but it looked to me like it got to his foot but didn't get much in the air....so I'd say the second thing you listed.

Ok, so we’re good for 1 half apparently. Usually it’s the 2nd half, although apparently this game it’s the 1st.

Special teams is killing us. 2 bad punts from Felner, the block and then giving up big yards on a muffed kick return they should have been down at the 15. The personal foul on the nice punt return.
