Here's the public listing of everyone in the Athletics Department, in case anyone wants to stare at their screen constantly hitting refresh all day or something:

The student directory has always been a great place to see if someone left the program or find a rumored incoming transfer well before we see anything elsewhere. Dawned on me the other day the faculty directory would be a good place to look for coaches that left or were added.
Would that be the same Bryan Cox that played football here and helped with funding some moons back? That would be awesome!!!!!letsgonecks wrote: ↑Tue Jan 11, 2022 9:05 am A familiar name added to the athletic faculty directory.....Brandon Kreczmer. Hate to steel any announcement thunder, but assuming he's joining his former teammates staff.
Not sure of his coaching position, but confident he'll instill some much needed toughness to our defense. Was a big fan of his hard nosed LB play. Most recently HC at Newman Catholic, so he already knows how to recruit.....private schools!!!! Lost to Newman junior year playoffs by 3, we shut down their all state running back, but they had pick six and kickoff return for a TD to win 17-14.
Anyways, if he is in fact part of the staff, I'm a fan. Played here, won here, successful HS coach/DC, and seems to be a pretty solid character guy. Hoping Myers brings in a DC with D1 experience, but who knows, maybe he's confident in Brandon, but thinking LB's. Still holding out that his dad and Patterson reached out to Diaco and talked him into coming back where it all started.
Diaco not likely, but Brian Cox is still looking to get back into coaching after years coaching in the NFL. Tell him is son could train during the offseason down here with him and we get Khalen and Lacale to train as well. Mix in our DL and LB's to get some NFL style training. Ok, I'm done ranting, just not much going on and Packers have basically been off for 2 weeks.

Man, that is a lot of GAs. Nothing against them other than the obvious. Every year or two you have to replace them and train someone else to do the exact same thing.ST_Lawson wrote: ↑Tue Jan 11, 2022 10:33 am Here's the public listing of everyone in the Athletics Department, in case anyone wants to stare at their screen constantly hitting refresh all day or something:

More updates today on the Athletics Directory. Former WIU LB Jeremy Curry is listed now. Curry has been coaching HS and college since 2015.
Matt Feeney has also been added and assuming this is the Matt Feeney who was most recently the DC at Akron and previously Tennessee Chattanooga. Akron is a struggling program, but he had a some success in 2018 with the Mocs.
