Good call. He's from the Chicago area, went to/played at ILSU, and has a great deal of success at UIS.
 

A couple of other guys who I like from JUCO:

Chris Razo at Heartland CC
Kyle Suprenant at John A. Logan CC

Both have won alot.  Very well connected.  Sup is a WIU alum.  Razo pitched at ISU.

Well, I will admit I was wrong i thought WIU made a good hire in Pascoe, but they didn't seem to progress this year and commets from others on here seems like something was going on (in a bad way) with the program. I did notice at least 3 or 4 players announce on twitter they were transferring out.

Interesting decision to go with an interim coach for the 2023 season. In a way I can see why they did according to the article, but still seems peculiar, maybe they would have been looking at a max exodus if they didn't do this.
