#10 Omaha beat #7 UMKC 73-61.

Saturday's Quarter-Finals:

#1 Oral Roberts beat #9 North Dakota 96-80.

#2 South Dakota State beat #10 Omaha 63-55.

Bummer. 

Did great attacking the rim in the first half. Getting good looks.  Massner being a great facilitator. West and Bennett were the key scorers. 

hate to see the seniors season end in the first round. 

Hopefully they can get a big on the recruiting trail or transfer.

We wouldn't beat ORU, but a win would have been nice.

Get out hustled almost every game and especially the ones we lose.  Way too many second chances.

Some days it's really tough being a WIU fan.....

Saint Thomas went on a 17-2 run late in the second half to win the game 67-60.

Western had a 10 point lead (50-40) at the 12:21 mark of the second half.

Quinlan Bennett led the Western scoring with 17 points.  Jesiah West had 12.  Trenton Massner had 10.

Western scored 44 points in the paint.

Western finishes the season with a record of 16-14.

St. Thomas went on a 16-2 run late in the game. We didn't score for over five minutes. As long as Jeter stays I believe the program will improve.

I agree that we wouldn't of beat ORU, not sure if anyone can.

Anyone know the status on if we will play in the CBI?
