Softball started 4-1 and now they are 9-30, so since that start they've gone 5-29.

So we could not come up with a win in Grand Forks.  I think we needed one to qualify for tournament.  Instead, Kansas City, which managed to win one at St. Thomas, looks like they get in by a nose based on conference winning percentage (4-17, .190 vs our 3-15, .167). Not like they earned it fair and square.  They played 15 out of 21 total conference games at home winning just 1 of them while we were limited to 6 of 18 games at home and managed to win a couple.  Sometimes life is not fair and this is definitely one of them.  Need to find a way to let all teams in tournament just like in hoops.

Embrace the pace of the race.
