Coastal Carolina won the game 84-64
Francis Okwuosah and Karyiek led the Western scoring with 16 points.
Attendance at Western Hall = 655
Next game will be at Western Hall on Sunday (Nov 23) vs North Dakota.

Our mens basketball program is a mess. Player turnover and coaching turnover. Picking another asst coach to be head coach. Haven't we learned from Margenthaler, Kerwin, Thomas and Billy Wright that Asst coaches can't handle the job as head coach and lose. Gonna be a long season. Thank goodness for Western womens basketball!

Did not see it. With Massey out, would have been a tall task imo. My 2 cents, you use these early games to figure out team chemistry, who can play and when. OVC games should be much more competitive.

Hopefully Danny Stephens gives them a boost when he becomes active at our first home game in December.
