Re: At Evansville

Disappointing to drop this one since we actually had the lead with 1:26 left, but honestly, to lose by 4 to the team that took down #1 Kentucky three weeks ago is a lot better than I expected us to finish.

Re: At Evansville

I was at the last one there in person. Obi, TP, Ceola, Donnie Mac, and the rest of Mo's boys. Lost a low scoring game to the Aces, both team in the 40s. See Obi is still going strong over in France: https://www.proballers.com/basketball/player/73269/obi-emegano Wont be there for this one. Have a me...

Re: 2020 Roster Changes

Oh...saw this too. Kahlil Overton, Freshman WR from Dallas, TX, is transferring I'd imagine his twin brother Cameron probably will be doing the same thing. This one is kinda disappointing, since I was looking forward to what they could do together on the field over the next few years. https://twitte...

Re: 2020 Roster Changes

I know one of the rs freshman O-Lineman is transferring, Cade Kelly one of the Oklahoma kids. I appreciate the coaches trying to expand their recruiting areas but this is one of the downfalls, you recruit kids from far away, then most of them don't end of staying. It doesn't surprise me that their ...

It is far from a mass exodus! This type of thing happens every year and is part of the "weeding out" process. We need immediate help to right the "good ship" WIU! ;) jc
Yeah, I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary at this point.

That sounds ominous. Hopefully more "rebuild mode" rather than "fleeing a sinking ship".

Re: It's elementary my dear Watson

Update: According to Record Book, largest home crowd attendance was 8,003 ..1980-81 vs. Eastern Illinois. I think I was there, first row of seats at east end behind the buicket. Face painted purple. We had that "Ol' Jack Magic" going on that night. Fun to watch. It's not a lie, they just forgot to ...
