Offense play calling was fine last week, going against a top defense in the B10.

I wasn't expecting us to lost by heck two scores, but hopefully can be more competitive next week at Northwestern.

It was great to see us on national TV on a friday night.

No, this wasn't a WIU decision, this was a Army decision. Northern Iowa, Truman State, Cal Poly, and a handful of other schools ...

Western Softball lost all 3 games vs Eastern Illinois.

Western finishes the season with a 11-37 overall record and 7-20 in the OVC.

Western did not qualify for the conference tournament which will be played in Peoria starting on May 7.

Final OVC Standings:

I see Jeremiah Talton has entered the portal, Talton is from Quincy so a local kid. I believe WIU recruited him out of high school. Not sure if there is interest on either side, but on the outside seems like a possible match. Talton averaged 7ppg this past season for Lindenwood. Would have 2 ...
