A quick Google search indicates not that many of them (academic programs) available in Illinois - SIU does have one. Iowa State has one on the other side of the river ...

When they realize that higher ed is not and will never be the same, they will begin to make progress.
They don't have to imagine it all their own. All they have to do is to look at the few schools who are beating the odds because they've figured it out.

Spring enrollment is down by 471 (a whopping 6.8% decrease from spring, 2023) and the press release from WIU has people thinking that enrollment is up.
