Re: Bubb out as AD
Tanney bio at D3 Dennison in Ohio says he was managing staff of 80 here and now has about 100 full/part timers on his payroll. I think we are down to about 60+/- now if my count is accurate (I dont count Team Doctors and Grad Assistants).
Update: Check out Dennison conference history ...

Re: Class of 27
WIU picked up I think is their first committment for the 27 class. Hunter Froman from West Hancock . Froman is 6'5" guard.
Lets hope he is the 2nd coming of Bill Heisler. The Froman on that 1997 Warsaw team is probably related to Hunter.

Re: 2024 Recruits
Kennedy committed to Depaul. I feel sorry for JD and the coaching staff, they put so much time and effort to recruit her the past couple seasons, then to see DePaul come in with a recent offer and get her to commit. I'm kinda surprised she didn't wait and see if more offers came her way before ...

Re: Time to make changes
Their best player. Peyton Brown is following Goler to Texas St. Not sure if any of the recruits are still coming or not, but it will probably be a long season next year for whoever they hire.
Package deal? Yep, very late in the year to be making coaching changes. I often scratch my head and ...

Re: Bubb out as AD
Macomb is Macomb. Yes. But it has ALWAYS been Macomb. How did they recruit players and transfers before. Oh yea, whether anyone at the university wants to admit it or not, its identity was a party school. Kids wanted to come here. You can go back to when all the new laws were enforced and see ...

Re: Bubb out as AD
Just a question that someone hopefully knows. I see the Athletic Department has a "Property Program" in place which gives coaches and staff a rent-free place to call home. Does this also extend to the student-athletes as well? If athletes are getting some upscale apartment living as part of their ...

Re: Bubb out as AD
Looking from a distance (Quad Cities), I thought he did very well given the limited resources he had to work with. I did not attend that many events but those I did were pleasant experiences for me and the wife. Deserves a lot of credit for making the move to the OVC. I guess time will tell if ...
