Whatever.  I'm old, I miss players playing for the love of the game, and not financial gain. Never was much for semi-pro sports.
 

The argument of you can't blame them for taking money is stupid to me.

Legacy > Money.... you play 1 year at Houston who was awful and what happens after... you're just another name & number in the record book.

Personally not impressed with the ...

I like how he is more vested in building a team than putting one together piecemeal from the portal. Just my thoughts.

Unless they have people who are going to drop a HUGE amount at the last minute (I saw there are 10 hours to go), they are going to fall way short of their goal. Last I saw they were at $64,400 - not even halfway there.

I'm really confused. I know the OVC has beach volleyball, but I didn't see "Stunt" listed as one of their sports. I did, however, see men's and women's rifle - not sure why we didn't go with that. I also saw a mention of the women's bowling team, but that doesn't appear to be an OVC sport, either ...

Has anyone told them they need to re-announce this program? Unless they have some master plan to come through at the last minute, they need to move their butts and get people involved in this again - out of sight, out of mind.
