I think the defense is going to be very good front to back. What's the best unit....backs/lbs/line...don't really know but they all should be good. In terms of LB speed, they all run well, IMO. Kintzel is an ex-db and has very good speed and even better feet for a lb, venegoni runs very well and Raf...
