I was sent this article and thought I'd pass it around to you guys to see if anyone happens to know who he is or how to get in touch with him. I know it's kinda a long shot, but I figured there might be a chance.

Okaloosa Island is along the northern Florida gulf coast, close to Destin/Eglin AFB/Fort Walton Beach area. It looks like, from the items, that he maybe taught at the Okaloosa schools, graduated WIU in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, and looks like he played on the 1966 Mooseheart (just north of Aurora, IL) HS football team. As near as I can tell from our own record books, he didn't play football at Western though, but I know that records prior to the late '70s are kinda sketchy for us.

Since he graduated from Western, perhaps the Alumni Association has some contact information for him.
