Many awards were handed out to the lady leathernecks with the 2 biggest ones being Coach Gravina being coach of the year and Clemens getting player of the year.
Just "Leathernecks"....not "lady leathernecks".leatherneckcountry wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2017 7:57 pm Many awards were handed out to the lady leathernecks with the 2 biggest ones being Coach Gravina being coach of the year and Clemens getting player of the year.

Interesting article about the use of "Lady" was in today's Chicago Tribune:
Illinois athletes have mixed feelings about 'Lady' moniker in sports team names.

Regarding use of "Lady This" or "Lady That" or just "This" or "That", I am dressing in the ambivalent locker room. Actions speak louder than words - more important to show up and make noise in life regardless of what your uniform says. These gals got it done on the court. Congrats to them.
Embrace the pace of the race.
