The University of Iowa has paused ticket sales to 2020 Hawkeye football games “until a clearer picture of Kinnick Stadium capacity and social distancing requirements are determined.”
“Only individuals who have renewed season tickets and completed per-seat contributions by June 30 will be included in potential Kinnick Stadium seating plans,” the university announced.

Grinnell College has announced that it was canceling competition for sports in its Fall Term 1 schedule. That means no football, volleyball, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, women's golf, and men's and women's cross country.

The Ivy League was the first Division I conference to cancel its post-season basketball tournament due to coronavirus in March. Now it may be the first one to move football to the spring as well.
