WIU's new Mascot Memorial Plaza

It's a memorial to our live mascots (past and present), so it's not like a "we're expecting Colonel Rock III to be headed to a farm upstate soon" thing, just fyi.

Anyway, they're looking for donations ($1000 or higher gets you on a distinguished donor plaque) to make it happen, with a total goal of $50,000 and aiming to have it done in Fall of 2017.
