Left hash, miss left, then miss right (over-correct).  If you are going for FG, get the ball in the middle of field with  a run play.

Southern Utah won the game 37-17: Southern Utah's first win of the season.

Western had 283 Passing Yards and -7 Rushing Yards.

Matt Morrissey was 28 of 45. One Touchdown and three Interceptions. One interception was returned for a touchdown.

Southern Utah has the 4th highest football stadium elevation at 5,800 feet.

Wyoming is #1 with an elevation of 7,215 feet.

New Mexico State (our Sept 2 opponent) has an elevation of 3,980 feet.

We played at Northern Arizona a few years back. They’re at #2, although the list is just for D1.

I’ve been to one college stadium higher (there’s probably a few more too). The “Mountaineer Bowl” at D2 Western Colorado University (Gunnison) sits at 7,771 feet above sea level.

For comparison: The elevation for Macomb is 643 feet.

Didn't they have oxygen available, or did we travel out enough ahead of time to acclimate the team? I remember that being a concern back then, and I still think it played a part in the SUU game.
