The slow attrition of colleges going under continues.

There is a possibility with good outreach, and good leadership, that Western can weather the storm and come out actually a bit better. I don't foresee it as I still have eyes, ears, and can listen to the minutes of the BOT meetings. 

I don't get the perception that Western fully understands that they can cease to exist.

I thought that new BOT member Kirk Dillard was to be the driving force behind making the necessary changes.

Didn't see much of that at the recent BOT meeting.
