Unfortunately Brad Wilson isn't an entirely uncommon name.

Considering Indiana State is nearly as bad as we are lately, and Indy, even though they are DII, have a total of 4 losses in the last two years (2 of them in the playoffs)...I hope it's the one at UIndy, but we'll see.

Football Scoop is reporting Wilson has been hired as OC and OL coach.

It's the guy from UIndy, which is good.

Brad Wilson's step brother is Tom Wilson, highly succesful HC at Iowa power West Des Moines Dowling. He has won multiple state championships and sent many players to Power 5 schools. He also had had several players play at UNI, NIU, USD and Ind State. We should have an inside track on some of the Dowling players at are FCS material

Looks like he was DC at DII Saginaw Valley State (GLIAC...same conference as Ferris State and Grand Valley State...two DII teams that probably would have steamrolled us the last couple of years) since 2019.
Prior to that, spent time at NAIA Lawrence Tech (Detroit suburbs, MI), NAIA Siena Heights (Adrian, MI). He played DB at Adrian College (Adrian, MI) from '02-'05.
Last season Saginaw Valley State allowed 23.9 points per game. In 2022 it was 19 ppg and in '21 it was 23.1 ppg, so not spectacular, but respectable, especially in such a tough conference.

HC Joe Davis was QB at Adrian College from '99-'02, so it's safe to say that him and Coach McKeown know each other from their playing days.
