Noticed a couple of the assistants posted on twitter and had #purpleproject17 -- anyone know what this is suppose to mean.

I saw that too....don't know what it means, but I saw it. If I had to guess, I'd say it might have something to do with getting started on recruiting for next year.

We had 17 recruits announced on Feb 3. Perhaps that is the reference.

Another thought: There are 17 starters returning from last year's team.

It's the name of their 2017 recruiting mission and the class will carry that name/identity...
