Don't believe the interim AD avoided the situation, believe the VPSS wanted to run the show himself.Necks2003 wrote:An entire week to build a national search committee? Perhaps the new interim AD doesn't get back from vacation for another week and apparently must want to now be part of the process so that it is convenient for his schedule.
This is beyond an epic failure and likely to hurt the program for the next 2-3 years due to the year that is going to be lost from a recruiting perspective.
Who do you want to see as a new HC?

Agreed! He likely does not want a football HC to make more than he does. His "career dissipation light" should be on...Tere North wrote:Biller deserves to fall on the sword, and let's be sure it is sharp.ST_Lawson wrote:Maybe I should change this poll to:

That, plus he doesn't get to double dip like he did moving from MapWorks to Noel-Levitz, where he is a paid consultant, for student freshman assessmentsBobLovely wrote:Agreed! Here is his email address. Be sure to use it and try to keep it respectable.

That was my thought too. It's a common metaphor...one stick can be easily broken, but a bunch standing together is much stronger. This could be the players way of telling the coaching staff that they're standing with them or support them. Just a guess though.rocki wrote:OK, the wood thing makes me think of the "you can break a single stick easily, but you can't break a bundle of sticks easily".

This has really turned into a three-ring circus with no apparent ringmaster in charge.
This comes at a bad time as the Leatherneck Club has just sent out its renewal notices.
On tonight's KHQA-TV-7 Sports, Will Wilson said that the Athletics Department at Western is "unravelling".

Oh, there is a ringmaster, Biller, just not a very good one. And that "unravelling" adjective is very correct.wiu712 wrote:This has really turned into a three-ring circus with no apparent ringmaster in charge.
