Only two ways to consistent year in and year out success in the MVFC:
1) Establish a winning culture like NDSU where the men in charge do not matter that much.
OR
2) Get a coach who is there for the long haul like SDSU.
#2 looks to be easier route IMHO assuming you can keep him happy salary-wise.
